This interactive seminar will address ergonomics while working from home to help reduce discomfort as well as promote health and safety. Attendees will learn how to identify healthy postures for computer work in order to improve their work environment. This presentation will cover typical work from home locations such as the dining room, kitchen, home office and couch. Attendees will also learn low (under $75) or no cost solutions to create a better computer workstation. Many of these solutions are already lying around the average home and can be put to immediate use.
